Registration is required before Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 6:00 PM
Payment In Full In Advance Only
1. Exhibitors must register online or send a completed Exhibitors Registration Form, accompanied by check. Confirmation of receipt will be sent. Full payment must be made before the booth assignment will be issued. All exhibitors will receive booth assignments by approximately October 16, 2026. Space assignments will be made by the SEHSA Conference Committee. The SEHSA Conference Committee reserves the right to make the final determination of space assignments in the best interests of the Conference. Registrations will not be processed or booth space assigned without the required payment.
2. Exhibitor eligibility: Products and services must be related to the practice of hazardous waste, environmental health, and safety, occupational safety or similar activities.
3. The conference will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn Stony Brook.

5. Please only register on this exhibitor registration page and not the conference attendee registration page!
