The SEHSA 2020 Fall Conference is being held virtually on December 7th-10th and we are looking for Exhibitors/Vendors that would like to register as a sponsor for this event. The structure of our conference will be a bit different this year since it’s virtual – instead of a full day Mon, full day Tues, and half day Wed as we would usually do, we will have a few sessions each day Mon-Thurs to help accommodate everyone’s schedule and maximize attendance. In between each session there will be time scheduled to meet with the exhibitors and network. The platform we’ll be using is Zoom – there will be an exhibitors’ link separate from the speakers link, and breakout rooms will be setup for each exhibitor to have their own “private” space.
Due to the change in venue and lower expenses for running a virtual conference, our pricing structure for exhibitor sponsorships will be lowered this year as well. For this year only, a Bronze sponsorship will be $100 and include one registrant, a Silver sponsorship will be $250 and include two registrants, and a Gold sponsorship will be $500 and included three registrants.
