The SEHSA Fall Conference opens November 6, 2023, at 12:00 pm through November 8, 2023, at The Buffalo Marriott at Harbor Center

Registration at all levels includes a single booth space with an 8-foot table and electric

Conference Fees:

Gold Sponsorship $2000 Includes registration for up to 3 individuals and prominent sponsorship of events or meals of your choice.

Silver Sponsorship $1500 Include registration for up to 2 individuals and prominent sponsorship of events or meals of your choice.

Bronze Sponsorship $1000 Includes registration for one individual and prominent sponsorship of event or meal of your choice.

Exhibitor $750 Includes registration for one individual

Additional Exhibitor $400 for any additional personnel manning a booth at any given time.

1. Exhibitors must register online or send a completed Exhibitors Registration Form, accompanied by check (see Confirmation of receipt of the registration form will be sent. Full payment must be made before the booth assignment will be issued. All exhibitors will receive booth assignments by approximately November 3, 2023. Space assignments will be made by the SEHSA Conference Committee. The SEHSA Conference Committee reserves the right to make the final determination of space assignments in the best interests of the Conference. Registrations will not be processed or booth space assigned without the required payment.

2. Exhibitor withdrawal policy:

A full refund, less $100 administrative fee per booth, will be granted if cancellation is made by midnight, October 7th, 2023; if cancellation occurs between October 8th to November 1, 2023, a 25% refund will be given; thereafter, no refund will be given. If an exhibitor fails to occupy the contracted space without prior notice, no refund will be given.

3. Exhibitor eligibility: Products and services must be related to the practice of hazardous waste, environmental health, and safety, occupational safety or similar activities.
